Dr. Gary Stevens and Dr. Marty Fiala

Sarah is a licensed R.N. and Orthopaedic Physician Assistant. She joined with Dr. Stevens in 1990. She has been a nurse since 1969 and an O.P.A. since 1998. Ricky joined Dr.Stevens' staff in 1990, his background is in sports medicine. He has worked in the community with high school and college athlete programs. He received a B.S. from Austin Peay University in 1986 and an M.S. from MTSU in health administration in 1988. He is also a limited licensed X-ray Technician. Jill has been with TOSM since 2005. She graduated in 2005 from Columbia State Community College with an A.S. in Radiology Technology. Like her twin sister Jill, Lora also graduated from Columbia State Community College in 2006 with an A.S. in Radiology Technology. She also attended Motlow State Community College. Brenda has been in management over 25 years and with TOSM since its conception. Prior to TOSM, she was office manager for Dr. Fiala. Brenda has a strong history in medical accounting and oversees coding, billing, collections as well as all patient concerns. Janice has been with Dr. Stevens since 1986 and now serves as the billing coordinator with TOSM. She has served in many capacities and stays current on the latest information pertaining to insurance, billing, and specialty coding. Krystal has been with TOSM since 2001. Multi-talented, her duties are varied. She serves as our receptionist, coordinates all patient data including information on insurance, co-pays, payments, and charges. Connie has worked in the medical/clerical field for over 24 years. She joined TOSM in 2003. Her duties include obtaining all insurance precertifications, communicating with workers compensation case managers and scheduling all follow up appointments, diagnostic tests and surgeries.
